In the Data preview, scroll to the far right, then hold shift and click on the last column (this will select all columns). Now in the Column data format select the radio button Text, then click Finish.
Please be informed that CSV doesnot allow any formatting like Bold, and other formatting. The only possibility is to use the Table tool (in Reporting palette) and you can output in the Excel format to keep the bold reflected in the output extracted.
Basic steps: select the date column, right-click and select Format Cells, then select Custom and enter yyyy-mm-dd in the text field. Open the . csv file in Excel.
The appropriate formatting for dates is dd/mm/yyyy . By default, Microsoft Excel changes the number of digits in the year from four down to two. Modify the formatting so that all four digits are included when saving your file.
Microsoft Excel Press Command+1 or Control+1 (if you are using a macOS) or CTRL+1 (if you are using Windows). A Format Cells popup will appear. Select Number from the main tab (if it is not already selected), and under Category, select Date. Under Type, choose your desired date format.

Press CTRL+1. In the Format Cells box, click the Number tab. In the Category list, click Date, and then choose a date format you want in Type.
Theres no way to do that in CSV. You could all caps the output, or you could use another format that supports text styles.
