This video tutorial demonstrates how to disable printing in a PDF. First, locate the document in Windows Explorer, right-click on it, and choose "Make Secure PDF." In the PDF writer, go to the printing and viewing tab and ensure that the "Allowed Printing" checkbox is deselected. Click "Publish" to apply the protection. A confirmation window will appear, indicating successful protection. The protected PDF will now have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with the Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing will be disabled, as indicated by the greyed-out print icon and inability to use keyboard shortcuts.
