in order to understand how your title block integration works with sheet sets you have to understand the functionality of the template lets look at the properties of our sheet set and we can see that there are certain integrated blocks one of them being the drawing title another being called a call-out bubble and these blocks reside within these template files it turns out theyre the same here for both they could be different and Ive chosen to store them in my project folder where all my drawings and sheet set data resides as well now every time that I go to create a new sheet in the sheet set as we see here this template file will be used to generate the knee drawing and layout so therefore my title block or anything that I want to have integrated to my sheet set properties have to reside within this template so lets see how that looks please note down here that we have a few linked attributes in our title block and lets see how that looks actually over in the template file whic

Look for the copy of the workflow in the page ⚙ Issues Workflows and click on the Edit button next to it. This copy will be a temporary workflow that we will edit and use to fix the issue resolution field. Switch to the diagram view, then click on the Add a transition button to create a new temporary transition.
The Resolution field is an important feature in Jira. It specifies the reason an issue is closed and removes the need of having multiple statuses with the purpose of stating why the issue is closed, thus capturing important data for your team while reducing the time you have to manage your workflow.
Resolution is a system Field and its always mandatory. You cannot make it optional from Configuration scheme. You need to remove it from create/edit screen and try creating a task. Try removing it and create a new task.
Resolved means a developer fixed an issue they were assigned. Closed means that the Quality Assurance Manager or appropriate team member confirmed the fix was done correctly.
Hide or show a field in Jira If you no longer want to expose a field through Jiras user interface, select the Hide link associated with that field. You can make this field visible again at any time by selecting the Show link.
The resolution field is a special one, and you can only edit it if you add it to a screen, change it as part of a post function, or set it using an automation.
You dont, there is no way to set the Resolution field to not be required. Jira is hard coded for the Resolution field to always be required when it appears on a screen.
A JIRA issue can be resolved in a number of ways. The default resolution statuses are: Fixed, Duplicate, Wont Fix, Incomplete, and Cannot Reproduce.
Jira treats issues without resolution as open issues, regardless of any workflow state. If you want to hide the resolution field, dont forget to set a resolution in the workflow post function of the transition that closes the issue and set it to none if you reopen the issue.
select Update Issue Field and click Add. select Resolution and field value of None.
