hey everyone this is a training video on how to put in your blockout dates blockout dates are simply your way of letting us know that you are not available to serve on a specific date or during a specific date range so when you log into planning center you landed a page that looks a little something like this and the easiest way to do your block out dates is to go right up here to the right to your profile click on your profile and then right here youll notice that theres this button that says add block updates you click on that button it opens a little window that looks like this it has a little green tab on the date that youre currently on and say you want to just indicate one date that you would prefer not to serve on you can go ahead and click on it so lets say its the 22nd and it opens up right here and it says start date and end date for when you are not available so if its just one date you can go ahead and indicate that if youd like to put in a reason just to let your v
