- Hi everyone, my name is Matt and welcome to another video in my Bullet Journal Basics series. In the first video, we talked about the opening pages and the index and how to set up your first bullet journal right from the start. But in this one, were going to be talking about the daily spread and the signifiers that you can use and a little bit about how you can continue to reference your daily spread back to weekly or monthly or quarterly goals that you might also be tracking and referencing in the bullet journal. Now I know that mostly what you care about is actually seeing me work on the bullet journal live and in action so lets go ahead and cut directly to that bullet journal overhead shot. So lets take a look at this daily spread a little bit. And well talk about the weekly spread a little as well because theyre so interconnected. But what I do for my daily spread is what I call upgraded rapid logging. I still have a very similar layout to what the bullet journal method rec

Despite graphene being remarkably thin, its strong enough to protect from a bullet, ing to a statement describing the new research. Scientists found that by arranging two layers of graphene together, it becomes durable enough to handle impact at room temperature.
The lesson here: If you ever have to look for cover, even from just a 9mm handgun, a wall made of 1 inch OSB Plywood wont cut it.
It depends on the wood. Hard woods such as Oak can stop many common handgun calibers in 4 to 6 inches. Soft woods such as pine will often take as much as 10 inches or more.
Aluminum armor can deflect all the same rounds from small-caliber weapons as traditional bulletproof glass. But while traditional bulletproof glass warps, fogs, or spiderwebs when shot, transparent aluminum remains largely clear. It also stops larger bullets with a docHubly thinner piece of material.
Bullet-resistant materials (also called ballistic materials or, equivalently, anti-ballistic materials) are usually rigid, but may be supple. They may be complex, such as Kevlar, UHMWPE, Lexan, or carbon fiber composite materials, or basic and simple, such as steel or titanium.
Sandbags, as you are probably aware, are a common material used to protect security or military personal from being shot by bullets. This is for a very good reason. On the whole, small firearm bullets will not penetrate them.
As far as things that you typically find inside a home, almost none of them can stop a bullet. A mattress, tables, chairs, dressers, interior doors, and even appliances typically dont have the ability to stop a pistol round.
Recommended constructions for bullet resistance are 8 in. (203 mm) solid or grouted concrete masonry walls or 12 in. (305 mm) hollow units with sand- filled cores.
Summary: Most household objects wont reliably stop a bullet. Bullets easily puncture most walls, doors, and floors. However, brick, concrete, and cinder blocks effectively stop most common calibers.
A piece of plywood or drywall will not stop a bullet. It will, though, destabilize it. After penetrating the plywood the bullet will be tumbling in some odd direction, and losing energy rapidly.
