Select the Redact tool from the toolbar: To use the redact PDF tool, first select it from the toolbar in WPS Office. Choose the area to be redacted: Click and drag the cursor over the area you want to redact. The redaction tool will replace the selected area with a black box.
Open the PDF in your editor and select the redact tool. Then, select the information you want to remove and click OK. The information will be permanently removed from the document and cannot be recovered. Redacting a PDF document is a simple process that can be done in a few different ways.
Under Tools on the top toolbar, choose the Redact tool. At the top of the screen under Mark for Redaction, choose Text Images. Select the specific text and images you want to white out. Under the redaction tool properties, change the Redacted Area Fill Color to white.
There are some complexities in trying to black out specific text information in docHub Pro, but it is also very intuitive. Upload the file to docHub Pro Click Mark for Redaction Text Images Select the text and areas you need to blackout Hit Apply.
Click the page thumbnail of any page or pages you want to delete, then click the Delete icon to remove the page or pages from the file. Apply changes: After clicking the Delete icon, click OK to apply changes to remove the pages.
Select Add Margins and Padding to change or add white spaces. You can define margins to each side of the page Top, Bottom, Left and Right. Once you indicate the preferred margin size (in inches) in every side, a preview of your margin will be shown.
