Why is my PDF blacked out?

The primary reason why PDF shows a black screen is the file corruption. When the pipeline tries to read such a document, it is unable to scan the information properly, resulting in the error. Sometimes, the PDF black screen appears due to the missing plug-ins responsible for playing the file format.

How do I fix the spacing on a PDF?

Change Font Size: To adjust the line spacing, you need to go to the Format pane on the right side of the document. Click on Advanced options to access the line spacing option.

Why do my margins change when converting to PDF?

The document content is automatically scaled by MS Word between the two standards and the scaled content (proportionally in both dimensions) can result in margins changing. The scaling can be changed through Word options.

Why are my margins different when I print PDF?

By default, most printers will adjust the page size to fit. At this setting, extra white space is added to the files pre-set margins. If you want the margins to print as designed by the native software, change the handling to Actual size and the desktop printer will not add white space around the page.
