hey guys its michaela and today im going to walk you through a fix for microsoft excel at black screen problem its pretty quick and simple so lets jump in if youre trying to log into the app on your microsoft excel and its coming up with either this blank green screen where nothing is uh popping up no options are showing up or its just a black screen im going to walk you through a fix for that the first thing you want to try which is pretty obvious is to just exit out of the app and then go back into the app so go ahead and do that now by just scrolling up and then exiting the app once you do that then you can go ahead and type in excel and swipe down type in excel and reopen the app and it should be working fine now if that didnt work what we want to do is clear the app all of their background all the cachy just to reset it and restart it take out any bugs to do that were going to get out of the app were going to go to settings and our phone then were going to go down to
