So, Word, Google Docs, all these different applications support dictation where you could talk in real time, and itll convert it into text. With transcribe, the unique thing here is you can record your audio ahead of time. So lets say you have your phone and maybe youre conducting, lets say an interview, maybe youre sitting in a lecture and you record the audio. You can take that audio file, upload it into Word online, and get a transcription of all of the conversation. Select Object, and then select Text from File from the drop-down menu. Select the files to be merged into the current document. Press and hold Ctrl to select more than one document. Documents will be merged in the order in which they appear in the file list.
How can I insert a word document into another word document or join two Word documents together? From the Insert tab, Text group, click on the down arrow next to Object and choose Text from file.

Merge two versions of a document Click Review Compare Combine. Under Original document, click the down arrow and choose the document you sent for review. Under Revised document, choose the document you want to merge.
On the Insert menu, click Object. In the Object dialog box, click the Create from file tab. In the File name box, type the name of the file from which you want to create a linked object or embedded object. Alternatively, click Browse to select the file from a list.
Under Insert controls, click Repeating Section. In the Repeating Section Binding dialog box, select the repeating group in which you want to store repeating section data, and then click OK. Add controls to the repeating section, and then bind them to the appropriate fields in the data source.
