The video tutorial demonstrates how to paginate a PDF file by adding page numbers and custom text. To add pagination, go to the tools tab and click on edit, then select header and footer. Choose where to place the pagination, such as in the header or footer, left, right, or center. In this example, the pagination is added to the right footer. Click on insert page number to display the page number field. Customize the text, font size, color, and margin area. To paginate a specific page range, click on page range options and exclude pages if desired.
