Check Firefox settings Make sure that Remember search and form history is selected. Enabling form autocomplete also makes Firefox store search history for the Search bar.
Note: If Firefox is not your current default PDF viewer, you will be prompted to set it as the default when opening a PDF file in Firefox. and select Settings. In the General panel, go down to the Applications section. Find Portable Document Format (PDF) in the list and click the entry to select it.

Type about:preferences in the Firefox Address Bar. This will bring up options. On the General Page, scroll down to Applications. To the right of Portable Document Format (PDF) select the drop down and choose docHub.
The below steps helped me: Right Click on pdf file. Choose Open With Choose Another App, Check Always use this app to open . pdf files Select firefox (if not listed, open from firefox.exe locatin) PDF opens with Firefox, from now on.
Enable/disable login autofill At the top right, click the menu button. to open the menu panel. The Firefox about:logins page will open in a new tab. At the top right, click the Firefox logins menu. and then select Options. The Firefox Privacy Security panel will open to the PasswordsPasswords section.
When you download a type of file that can be opened with an installed application you can set Firefox to always open similar files as follows: Right-clickHold down the control key while you click the downloaded item in the Downloads panel. Select Always Open Similar Files from the context menu.
If you need to add stuff to a PDF document, now you can do that online with Firefox. Open the PDF in Firefox and click the Text or Draw buttons in the upper right corner to make changes to your document. Download the file to save it with your changes.
