In this guide youll learn how to fill a PDF form using Power Automate. Muhimbis Import PDF Form data action, allows you to Import XML, FDF, and XFDF data in the PDF Forms. In this example, you will retrieve data from an MS SharePoint List and fill out a PDF form with Power Automate.
How Do I Autofill PDF Forms from Excel? Open the My Docs tab. Click the Fill in bulk option in the right sidebar. Next, you will see a pop-up window with detailed instructions. You will see the table that includes all cells from the documents in multiple rows. Some fields can be added in the editor.
Open the document in docHub (docHub Reader cannot edit PDFs). Within Acrobat, click on the Tools tab and select Prepare Form. Select a file or scan a document. Acrobat analyzes your document and adds form fields automatically.
How to use autofill in Word Choose your text. Navigate to the AutoText menu. Create a new building block. Use your new AutoText entry. Remove paragraph marks. Give your autofill entry a unique name. Group your autofill entries. Remove unused autofill entries.
The easiest way to autofill PDF forms is to use a dedicated PDF editing application. Many PDF editing software, like docHub, remember the information youve already entered and can use it to fill in new forms. You can also use these programs to sign forms with e-signatures.
To autofill a field, simply click on it in the list. will automatically populate the field with the corresponding information. If you have multiple PDF forms with similar fields, you can save time by creating a template. To do this, click on the Templates tab in the toolbar and select Create Template.
