Hi, I'm Gary with MacMost.com. Today, I'll show you how to sign PDF documents using Preview on your Mac. You don't need to print, sign, and scan PDFs anymore. You can sign them digitally on your Mac. Preview is the main tool for this, but there are other methods as well. Just double click on the PDF to open it in Preview. If it opens in another app, you can choose Preview from the list. View document metadata Choose the hamburger menu Document Properties (Windows), or File Document Properties (macOS). Select the Additional Metadata button in the Description tab.

Click the Info button in the toolbar. Use the tools in the Inspector window to view more information about the PDF or image.
On the File tab, select Info, and then, on the right, look for Author under Related People.
