Google Chrome Step 1: Open your PDF file in your Drive in Chrome browser; Step 2: Select specific text and tap the pop-up plus icon to add a comment. Alternatively, you can right-click on the selected text and choose Add a comment to add a sticky note to the PDF.
From any web browser, sign in to Acrobat to annotate in the PDF. Then, simply choose tools from the toolbar to highlight, strike through, or add text. You can leave comments that explain a specific change in detail or add a sticky note where less detail is needed.
Create Sticky Notes for your PDF document. Open your document in the Acrobat online PDF editor. To save this read-only file with your Sticky Notes, click the File menu, click Save As and click PDF. Type a different filename and click Save. Click each icon on the PDF to open your comments.
Steps to add a comment Select the Add a comment tool from the quick tools menu, and select where you want to place the note. Type text in the pop-up note. You can also use the Select tool to copy and paste text from a PDF into the note. Note: If you close the pop-up note, your text remains.
