Allow people to attach files In Forms, open a form or quiz. Click Add question. and enter your request for information. Next to the question, click the Down arrow. and select File upload. If prompted, review the uploading information and click Continue. (Optional) Do any of the following actions:
Click the Data tab. Under Binding, click Specify default file, and then click Browse. In the Attach File dialog box, select the file that you want to appear inside the file attachment box on the form template, and then click Insert.
In Microsoft Forms, open the form you want to edit. Add new. , and then select File upload. Note: File upload is only available when Only people in my organization can respond or Specific people in my organization can respond is the selected setting.
If a form is set to share with Anyone, then File upload option will be greyed out. Only when the form is set to use internally (with people inside your organization), the said option is usable. Please try changing the sharing option and check and let me know the status.
Attachment Application means the Application made by an Attacher to an Owner for consent to attach such Attachers Attachments to the Owners Utility Pole or similar structure, or its guys and anchors, used to support communications.
If you want users to be able to insert files on a Microsoft Office InfoPath form, you can use a file attachment control on your form template. Users can use this control to attach files to your form, and the files are then encoded and saved with the form data.
Google Forms also has a file upload feature. Users can upload attachments such as presentations, spreadsheets, documents, PDFs, videos, images, and audio files directly into the form.
You can now add a file attachment control in your template, so users are able to attach their own files to your form. The attached files are then encoded and saved with the form data. To add an attachment to a form, you just need to add a new question, and then specify the type of File Upload control.
The new Import functionality in Microsoft Forms allows you to import your existing Word and PDF documents and turn them into interactive forms. Note: This function is not currently available on Office.com. Instead, you need to be on forms.office.com. (correct at the time of publishing September 2022).
You can upload a file on Google Forms, allowing you to add an image or video to supplement your questions. You can also allow respondents to upload their own files to your Google Form.
