The video tutorial demonstrates how to disable PDF printing by using PDF writer. First, locate the PDF document in Windows Explorer, right-click and choose "Make Secure PDF." In the PDF writer, access the printing and viewing tab, deselect the allowed printing checkbox, and click publish. A protection status window will confirm success. The protected PDF will have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing will be disabled, as indicated by a greyed-out print icon.

Can digitally signed PDF be printed?

You can print your electronically signed document using the print function in your e-vault. Please note that only the original document (electronic version) has legal value: the electronic signature(s) of the document are included in the PDF document.
