- In this video, Ill be going over warranty tracking. So, you can see here, I am on my asset and Ive added a warranty date field. Ive done this by adding a field, creating a new field, typing in a name and selecting the date option. Now that I have my warranty date field, I can edit that field in order to set up my specific reminders. So, on all date fields we have these reminder options down here. I can send a reminder at specific intervals before my date gets docHubed and I can select to have these reminders sent to specific teams or specific users. Right now, I just have it set up to the manager of this location. Once I add that field to my asset, I can then select a date in the future when my warranty will expire. You can see if I hover over the bell icon that I will be notified on the following dates.
