If you apply through ApplyAlberta, your Alberta high school transcripts and any transcripts from member post-secondary institutions (if you already have taken post-secondary classes) are automatically ordered for you. If you apply directly with an institution, you will need to order your own transcripts.
You can order your Alberta high school transcripts online at mypass.alberta.ca. The $10 order fee is paid by credit card. If you dont have access to the Internet or a credit card, contact the Transcript and Diplomas Office for instructions on how to send your request by mail. Call 780-427-5732.
If your institution isnt able to send a hard copy of the document, they can email an electronic copy to transcripts@ualberta.ca. The document must be sent from the issuing institutions email address, documents sent by students will not be accepted.
You cant personally provide the transcript because it must be an official transcript received directly from your high school. If a college does accept unofficial transcripts, you can request one from your guidance counselor and send it yourself.
Official transcript should be submitted by your counselor. If the counselor submits online, the transcript should be attached to your school forms. Otherwise, transcripts should be sent directly to the schools to which you are applying. Please contact each admissions office for the exact address or procedure.
Copies of high school transcripts are issued by the school from which you graduated. If your high school still exists, contact the school directly with your request. contact the successor school (e.g.: Citadel High School is the successor school for Queen Elizabeth High School and St. Patricks High School).
High School Transcripts Certain Ontario high schools allow you to request your official high school transcript electronically (completed courses only) through OCAS. You can access it from the 105 application in the Transcripts section under Transcripts from Ontario High Schools and Find out if you are eligible.
Common Application or Coalition Application International students can use the online application portal of the university to upload their transcripts. As a part of the international student application, you will be provided with the option to submit your transcripts online.
