[Music] [Applause] hi guys uh neil here from ascad services im going to show you uh something and im always asked about this whenever i train people how do you do that nil and what it is basically is if i were to use this tool on the objects ribbon menu it says column so this creates a column automatically and im going to put that uh bigger pattern im going to put that at zero zero and there it is its drawn a column and its called automatically column because its been drawn in a macro this is effectively a macro so and its giving it the model roll column uh if i go to my home ribbon menu and click on it its also put it on a layer of columns and the reason i do that ill show you if i go to extended modeling and i draw something else that is macro driven so for instance a portal gable frame and im just going to put a portal frame in and youll notice that the [Music] two columns are on the column layer and the beams are on the beam layer and the reason i do this is because i
