hi and in todays tutorial im going to show you how to create this gift voucher in word so im just going to open a new document and as you can see currently our page is in portrait so were just going to turn it round so were going to go to layout orientation click on the drop down and select landscape then were going to go to insert text box click on the drop down and select draw text box and then just click and drag out a text box now a standard size of gift voucher is a height of 9.5 make sure this little box here is unchecked and were going to place 21 in the width and press enter and now we can move this anywhere in our document so were going to make the background black so select it go to shape format go to shape fill click on the drop down and select black the next thing were going to do is create the little gold border which goes around the outside so for that im going to go to insert shapes click on the drop down and select the square or
