Go to File New Document. Choose the option to Combine Files into a Single PDF. Drag the files that you want to combine into a single PDF into the file-list box. You can add a variety of file types, including PDFs, text files, images, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents.
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDFs you want to combine. In each open PDF, choose View Thumbnails to display the page thumbnails in the sidebar. Drag the thumbnails you want to add to the thumbnail sidebar in the other PDF.
Open Acrobat to combine files: Open the Tools tab and select Combine files. Add files: Click Add Files and select the files you want to include in your PDF. You can merge PDFs or a mix of PDF documents and other files.
How to combine PDF files Click the Select a file button above or drag and drop files into the drop zone. Select the files you want to merge using the Acrobat PDF combiner tool. Reorder the files if needed. Click Merge files. Sign in to download or share the merged file. You can organise the pages too.
Select Home Pages Document Assembly to access Document Assembly view. This view displays multiple pages at reduced size, making page operations easier to perform, either between pages of a single document or between documents. The functionality is similar to using the Pages panel.
How to rearrange pages in a PDF: Open the Organize Pages tool from the top menu or the right pane (Tools Organize Pages) Select one or more page thumbnails (page numbers are underneath). Use Shift to select a page range. Do one of the following: Drag and drop pages to reorder PDF pages how you want. Save your file.
Creating a PDF Package Go to File Create PDF Package. A new, unsaved package document container is opened. To add individual files to the PDF package: Click Add Files. Whole folders can be added as well, which will automatically add all files and subfolders. To add folders to the package:
