The video tutorial demonstrates how to disable printing for a PDF file. Locate the document in Windows Explorer, right-click on the PDF, and choose "Make Secure PDF." In the PDF writer, navigate to the printing and viewing tab, deselect the allowed printing checkbox, and click "Publish." The protection status window will confirm success. The protected document now has a .pdc extension and can only be opened with the Lock Lizard Secure PDF viewer. When opened, the print option will be greyed out, preventing any printing. This effectively disables printing for the protected PDF file.
