If you received an email about a shared document or sign request in DocHub and are unable to access a PDF to sign, view, or edit after clicking the link in your email, you might just need to clear your web browsers cache. Try a different web browser to help isolate the issue.

Unlike a word processing or TXT file, the text you see on a PDF is permanently embedded onto each page which means it can no longer be edited unless the text is in a form field that hasnt been flattened, but you can still use DocHub to cover up that text and add new text.
Draw on any PDF document. Launch Acrobat and select File Open to bring up your PDF. Select Comment from the menu bar on the right. Select the marker icon in the Comment toolbar to activate the Draw Free Form tool. Draw on the PDF. Once youre finished, save your PDF.
Locate your PDF within Google Drive, then right-click and select Open With Google Docs. Edit your document. Once your file opens in Google Docs, you can now start to make edits. When you finish, navigate to File Download PDF.
