hi everyone uh just a quick video to show you how to automatically add prefixes to a whole list of files I ran into a problem I use Plex to stream my videos and music collection in the house and Ive been ripping all my CDs to storage ideally when you rip a CD thats got multiple CD parts to it you know a volume an album with this one this two disc three Etc it rips it in this format so you can see its one dash so the first one means disk one and then zero one is track one and so on so if you went into disk two for example youd have the prefix two most of the time when you rip CDs that happens automatically but when it doesnt its a real pain because Plex then wont assign all of the multiple disks to one album so you get multiple copies of the album art on the Plex interface so I thought Id start researching how to change prefixes automatically rather than go one file at a time so Ive just set up a little test folder here so you can see here Ive ripped a disk 15 files and it sh
