How to affix bates attestation
This tutorial demonstrates how to re-ink an old bait stamp, likely from the 1940s. It is suggested to replace the whole pad rather than re-inking a dry pad. The process involves locking the stamp, replacing the dry pad with a new one, and ensuring it is inserted correctly before closing it back up. The new pad is shaped like a gold bar, with the big side facing outward towards the stamp. This simple process will have your stamp ready to use again.
