To send documents by transmittal to email recipients with advantage vbm tag, select one or more documents in the document list and use the right-click menu or the mail icon on the toolbar. Add recipients from the address book, choose to send the documents in PDF format, and optionally as a zip package. Combine multiple documents into a single PDF attachment if using PDF creator.
