To publish documents with Advantage BBM, save copies of the documents on your local or network drive, iCloud, Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, or another cloud solution. Tag one or more documents, then publish them by right-clicking the document list and selecting "publish documents." Ensure iCloud service access or proper network drive configuration.
