In this video tutorial, you will learn how to disable PDF printing. To do this, first open Windows Explorer and locate the document you want to protect. Right-click on the PDF and choose "Make Secure PDF" in the PDF writer. Select the "Printing and Viewing" tab, and ensure that the "Allowed Printing" checkbox is deselected. Click "Publish" and the protection status window will confirm success. The protected document will now appear with a .pdc extension and can only be opened with the lock lizard secure PDF viewer. Printing is disabled, and the print icon will be greyed out in the viewer. No keyboard shortcuts for printing will work.
