hello my name is Fran and youre watching a Photoshop tutorial for tips girl calm so in todays video Im going to be teaching you how to create a PDF in Photoshop so next Saturday and doing a photo walk in Manchester and if you are interested at all there will be a link in the description if you want to check that out and over the last couple of days Ive been putting together some information and the route for my attendees now as you can see Ive got a bunch of pages here so I created all these in Photoshop Ive merged them all into their own individual pages and I want to collate those into a PDF so how do I do that so what you do is you go to file export layers to files which will collate all those layers into their own individual JPEGs so Im going to click on that Im going to create a different folder here Im going to have a JPEG 12 is the maximum and yeah thats fine so Im going to click run and thats essentially an action which Photoshop will go through lets do it fairly

On a PC Open docHub. Choose Tools Combine Files. Click Combine Files Add Files to select the files documents to compile. Click, drag, and drop to reorder the files and pages. Double-click on a file to expand and rearrange individual pages. When youre done, click Combine Files. Save the new compiled document.
Select the add text control. Its the large capital T at the top of the page. Click on the page where youd like the page number to appear and type the number. To change the font size for the page number, select the page number and click the font size control at the top of the page.
Load the scanned document in Acrobat Acrobat Pro. Select Document OCR Text Recognition Recognize Text Using OCR In the next dialog, select the All Pages radio button under Pages (or Current Page if you are converting only one page), and then select OK.
Select the Begin a new section option button in the Numbering section. Choose None from the Style drop-down menu to nothave a page number appear on the cover page. Then click the OK button. To change page numbers in Acrobat within the rest of the PDF, click the thumbnail image of the second page in the PDF.
To correct the page numbers: Select the pages to be renumbered. Access the context menu for the selected pages and select Number Pages. In the Page Numbering dialog, select the lowercase Roman numeral style and the starting page (1 by default, which is correct in this case) Select OK.
How Do I Export Multiple Layers From Photoshop to PDF? Open the Photoshop document that you want to export. Go to File Export Export As or you can click the Layers to Files option instead. In the Export As dialog box, select PDF from the Format or File Type drop-down menu. Click the Options button.
To do this, first, click on the File menu and then select New. This will bring up the New Document dialog box. In the dialog box, select the Page Layout option and then choose the number of pages that you want to create.
You will need to go to the Document menu select Header and Footer, then click add. Use the tools in this dialog box to add page numbers.

You will need to go to the Document menu select Header and Footer, then click add. Use the tools in this dialog box to add page numbers.
