This tutorial demonstrates how to rotate a PDF page using the DocHub reader application. Open the PDF in Acrobat Reader, go to "Organize Pages" on the right side menu. If you can't find it, make sure the menu isn't minimized. A thumbnail view of all pages will appear, allowing you to rotate pages by clicking on the arrow icons.
