In this video tutorial, the presenter demonstrates how to sign a document in docHub and how to stamp a document in docHub. They open the document "United Railways" in docHub and show how to assign a signature by going to tools, fill in sign, and selecting the desired signature option. The presenter explains how to add an initial, type a signature, add an image, or draw a signature. After applying the signature, the document is ready to be signed and saved.

Right-click your PDF in Windows File Explorer and select the option Make Secure PDF. Open the View Watermarks or Print Watermarks tab, depending on where you want to add it. You can add both view and print watermarks with different text and images.
Update your PDF software. You may be using an old version of your PDF reader that doesnt support e-signatures, even though the newer versions do. Check your PDF softwares settings for an auto-update function or visit the developers website to download the latest version.
In the signature Properties window click Show Signers Certificate button. Following screen will be displayed once you click on it. Once you click on OK button, following window will be displayed. Click Ok button in the following window. Once the certificate validation is done, you will get the following approval.
How to edit a digitally signed PDF document as the owner? Open the document that you want to change. Go to View Digital Signatures. On your left, you should now see a list of all digital signatures contained within your document. Right-click your signature and choose Clear Signature.
Change the name or category for a custom stamp Open the Stamps Palette by: Choose Tools Stamp Stamps Palette. Choose Tools Comment Stamps Show Stamps Palette. Choose the stamp category, right-click the stamp, and choose Edit. Edit the category or name of the stamp, or replace the image, and then click OK.
Here is a guide on how to get around this. Open the signed PDF document in docHub Reader and press CTRL + K, or Edit and then Preferences. A pop-up window will appear. Here press Documents. Under the PDF/A View Mode section, select Never. The signed document will then say Signed and all signatures are valid.
Provided the document isnt locked, you can then remove your own signature from the PDF by simply right-clicking the signature and choosing the Clear Signature option. This should remove the signature, allowing you to edit or re-sign the PDF.
How to edit a digitally signed PDF document as the owner? Open the document that you want to change. Go to View Digital Signatures. On your left, you should now see a list of all digital signatures contained within your document. Right-click your signature and choose Clear Signature.
