Open the Layers panel (if the Layers panel is not visible, choose View Navigation Panels Layers). Click the Options pop-up, select Merge or Flatten Layers. Remember: flattening layers removes layers that arent visible onscreen. Save Print file.
Signing a PDF Click Tools Certificates Digitally Sign (in the top toolbar). Click and drag a signature box to the desired size and position with your mouse; the Signature Capture window will appear. When you are finished signing, click Accept, and the signature will be embedded into the PDF.
How to edit a digitally signed PDF document as the owner? Open the document that you want to change. Go to View Digital Signatures. On your left, you should now see a list of all digital signatures contained within your document. Right-click your signature and choose Clear Signature.
Can I edit a PDF that I signed? If youre the only one signer, you can remove the signature and then work on the document or edit the source document. To remove your signature, right-click the signature and then choose Clear Signature.
If the signature is already applied, you cannot modify the document anymore without invalidating the signature. Open up the signature panel on the left side and right-click (or Ctrl-click) on it and soft to clear the signature (you can do this for your own signatures). Then resize the field and sign again.
Resolution Open the PDF document in docHub. Select the Prepare Form tool. Select the form field(s) to unlock. Open the form field properties window. Uncheck Locked checkbox in bottom-left corner. Uncheck Read Only checkbox. Re-check Locked checkbox and select Close
Go to Fill Sign. Click (if doesnt work double click) on the - (minus) icon. You should be able to re-make and save a new signature. Makes sure you check the Save signature box.
Customizing an Appearance Choose Edit Preferences (Windows) or Acrobat Preferences (Macintosh). Choose in the left-hand list: x and earlier: Security and in the Appearance panel, choose New or Edit. x: Signatures Creation and Appearance More, and in the Appearance panel, choose New or Edit.
