Open the PDF document or form in Acrobat or Reader, and click Fill Sign in the right pane. Click the Sign icon in the Fill Sign toolbar, and then choose whether you want to add your signature or just initials. If you have already added signatures or initials, they are displayed as options to choose from.
Customizing an Appearance Choose Edit Preferences (Windows) or Acrobat Preferences (Macintosh). Choose in the left-hand list: x and earlier: Security and in the Appearance panel, choose New or Edit. x: Signatures Creation and Appearance More, and in the Appearance panel, choose New or Edit.
Go to Fill Sign. Click (if doesnt work double click) on the - (minus) icon. You should be able to re-make and save a new signature. Makes sure you check the Save signature box.
To Add signature and initials: From the Quick action toolbar, select. To add a signature, select Add signature. In the dialog that appears, type or draw your signature and then select Done. To add your initials, select Add initials. In the dialog that appears, type or draw your initials and then select Done.
Left-click once to place the signature. 9. There are two ways to resize your signature. You can either scale it up or down using the two font scale buttons or by dragging the small box on the lower right corner to the correct size.
Create a new signature To create your new signature, mouse over your name in the upper-right corner of the window. Click the Create button. The signature panel is exposed, allowing you to enter your signature. When you have a signature you like, click Apply. Follow the same process to save your initials.
You can also create an appearance using the Signature preferences: Hamburger menu Preferences Signatures (Windows) or Acrobat Preferences Signatures (macOS). From the Appearance menu in the Sign dialog box, select Create New Appearance.
How to Edit a Fillable PDF (that you made) Open your fillable PDF document in PDF Pro. Press the Forms tab. Press Modify Form Layout button to highlight all form fields for editing, or click any button in the Form Types section to add a new form field. Perform your edits to your PDF.
