Word offers a choice between Print Layout and Draft. With a document open, click the View menu. You can now click either Print Layout at the far-right edge of the ribbon toolbar or click Draft just a couple of icons to its right.
Open the printer driver window. See Accessing the Printer Driver. Click the Page Layout tab, and then select the same paper size as the paper size of the data. Select the paper size that is loaded in the printer from Output Paper.
Select File Print. Under Settings, choose the color printing option, and any other options you want, and select the Print button.
Heres how to change the print size on your printer: Step 1: Click CTRL-P on a PC (or COMMAND-P on a MAC). Step 2: When the printer dialog box pops up, look for text that says Page Sizing Handling. Step 3: You should have 4 options to choose from: Size, Poster, Multiple, and Booklet select Multiple.
