Here is how to change margins in Google Docs on an iPad or an iPhone. Open your document on the Docs app on your mobile device. Select the menu by tapping the three dots on the top right corner. Choose Page Setup. Select Margins. Choose among Custom, Wide, Default, or Narrow. Choose Apply.
One way to change the margins is to go to the Page Setup dialog box. Click File and select Page Setup. Now you can change each margin by clicking a box and typing a new measurement. Click OK when youre done.
If you only want to change the margins on one page, use your mouse to Select the Text you want to adjust. With the text selected, Click File. Click Page setup. Click in the Left Margins, and Type the new amount, and Press Tab to go to the Right margin.
Open the Docs app and in it the file of your choice. Next, tap the pencil icon to edit. Highlight the text you want to change, choose the A icon and select Paragraph from the pop-up menu. Next to Line Spacing, click the up arrow to switch to double spacing at 2.00 lines.

Its not possible to adjust the margins via the Android app, but it is possible to adjust them on an iPhone or iPad. Tap the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner of the screen. Select Page setup from the menu. Tap Margins.
In the Page Tab you will find the option for Margin. This option opens a dropdown providing common margin sizes. You can select one of these to update the margin. You can also create custom margins for your pages.
Go to File Page Setup. This will allow you to set parameters for your document including orientation (portrait or landscape), paper size, and custom margins.
