To resize a PDF file from 8.5 by 11 to 11 by 17, select File, Print, choose docHub PDF as the printer, go to properties, Paper Quality tab, Advanced tab, change paper size to postscript, custom page size, input dimensions, select OK, save the new file. This process will resize all pages in the PDF document.
