How to change the format of page numbering in PDF Click Organize Format Page Numbers. In the Page Numbers dialog box, specify a range of pages you want to number and set the style of page number and the number you want to start at.
Select View Navigation [location]. Select View Navigation Go to page, entering the page number in the Go To Page dialog box, and clicking OK.

To target an HTML link to a specific page in a PDF file, add #page=[page number] to the end of the links URL. Note: If you use UNC server locations (\\servername\folder) in a link, set the link to open to a set destination using the procedure in the following section.
