Change the order of the animation effects on a slide Open the Animation pane: On the Animations tab, in the Advanced Animation group, select Animation Pane. In the Animation pane, select the animation effect that you want to reorder. Select Move Earlier to move the effect up one place in the animation order.
PowerPoint calls this a custom show. When you create a custom show in PowerPoint, you can adapt a presentation for different audiences. Use a custom show to present only certain slides from your presentation, or to create a hyperlink to a group of slides in your presentation.

Reorder Animations If you want to adjust the order in which animation effects play, you can simply resequence them. Youll notice that each animation is numbered, both on the slide and in the Animation pane. This is the order that theyll animate. Select the animation you want to reorder.
On the slide, click the text or object that contains the animation effect that you want to set a delay for or another timing option. On the Animations tab, in the Delay box, enter in the number of seconds that you want the effect to pause before running.
Fit text automatically Click anywhere in the text. On the Format menu, point to AutoFit Text, and do one of the following: To reduce the point size of text until there is no text in overflow, click Shrink Text On Overflow. To shrink or expand text to fit in the text box when you resize the box, click Best Fit.
