okay so right now I have a chart weve inputted data taking data every week Im on a reading goal he was absent on November 1st so you dont have any data for that but now I want to talk about formatting the axes if you didnt have your format bar already up you can right-click basically anything and it will save format now if I want to for my my axes I can right click on it hit format axes in this format bar pops over on the right once its up you can click on anything can click on my other axes the X is title the data and your format bar just changes so format major gridlines but for now I want to format my % axes the reason being is because its only going from 60 to 95 which makes it seem like a 75 to an 80 is in the middle which actually 75 to 80 is rather high so instead I want this to go from 0 to 100 so once I hit format right click format axes this format bar pops up and if Im in ax these options these are all different tabs paint shapes the alignment and then over here is y

On the Design tab, click Change Chart Type. Select a chart type that youd prefer being the default, but dont click OK just yet. Look at the top of the All Charts tab, and find the chart icon thats highlighted in gray. Right-click the chart icon thats highlighted in gray, and click Set as Default Chart.
