right so Im in PowerPoint and what you can see here is Ive got quite a big bullet point and its quite a nice bullet point because it does actually match the banner Ive got across the bottom here so I want that bullet but its a bit big and the text appears too close to the bullet so you may already know that you can select the text and on your ruler if you use these funny little triangles to control the distance between the bullet and the text now if you dont have your rulers showing then you turn that on on the View menu so that needs to be ticked for the rulers to be showing however what you might find is if you click and drag now you have to be quite dexterous with your mouse here but if you click and drag the sort of the upwards pointing triangle what that will do itll just change the distance between the bullet and the text if you drag the little rectangle itll move the whole lot along so thats not what we want to do here we want to change the distance between bullet and t
