In PowerPoint, you can rotate or flip objects like text boxes, shapes, and pictures. Tap the object that you want to rotate. Select the rotation handle at the top of the object, and then drag in the direction that you want. To flip an object, select Arrange Rotate Flip Vertical or Flip Horizontal.
Edit and customize your PowerPoint arrows Right-click on the arrow and select Format Shape from the drop-down menu. Youll now see the Format Shape pane on the right-hand side of your slide. Here you can customize your arrow under Fill Line, Effects and Size Properties.
Insert | Symbols | Symbol and look for the Up Down Arrow symbol.
Simply head over to Insert Shapes Block Arrows and pick a curve arrow of your choice. There are four variants of curved arrows including the right, left, up and down curved arrow. You can also make use of other arrow shapes like the U-Turn arrow (depending upon your requirements).
2. Insert arrows in PowerPoint Click on Insert and Shapes. Select the arrow you want. Click on the place where the arrow needs to be inserted. To rotate the arrow, click on the circle symbol in the centre and rotate the arrow to the left or right while pressing the mouse button.
This problem has existed for years. The solution is to ensure that either the width or height (for vertical or horizontal lines, respectively) is exactly zero. In Powerpoint, right-click the offending line and select Size and Position, then adjust the corresponding height or width value to be zero.
One of the more widely known PowerPoint tricks is to hold down the shift key while drawing a line make it perfectly vertical or horizontal.
