Find the Custom Shape tool at the top of the window and click it. Then open the drop-down menu to the right of the Shape option to view different preset arrow shapes. To see more options, click the gear icon at the top right of the panel and select All to view the full selection of shapes.

Optionally, you can specify the application you want to use. Open the PDF in Acrobat, and then choose Tools Edit PDF Edit . Select the image or object. Under Objects in the right hand panel, click Edit Using and then choose an editor. Make the desired changes in the external editing application.
Select a specific page thumbnail or set of pages you need to rotate. Click the rotate clockwise or rotate anticlockwise icon in the top toolbar. Click Save to apply changes to your new PDF file. You can download the file or get a link to share it.
Using Line/Arrow Choose Tool Line to enable the line tool. Press the left mouse button for the lines starting point in your document, drag the mouse to the desired end point while holding down the pressed left mouse button, then release the button. To use the arrow tool, select Tool Arrow from the menu.
Choose Tools Organize Pages. Or, select Organize Pages from the right pane. Choose pages to rotate: Rotate all or a selection of pages in your document by holding the shift key and clicking on the pages to rotate. Or, select a range in the secondary toolbar Enter Page Range.
