hi guys this is just a quick video to demonstrate you the capabilities of the PDF metadata editor lets start by opening the editor you can see its really simple interface just listing all the metadata fields that you have in a PDF document if we open a document I have here some files I created earlier in Word and you can see it doesnt have much metadata I can add for example on the title maybe I can teleport to something more meaningful add some keywords no its three okay so on click Save and thats about it its really simple now all of these fields they actually have a version in the XMP for example the document title there is also dublin core title and if you want to fill them also you can just click a copy document 2x in P and you have them automatically copied for you also you can if you dont want to copied every single time manually there is an option in the Preferences where unsafe you can say copy document or the reverse copy document text in pure vice-versa and thats it

Choose File Properties, click the Description tab, and then click Additional Metadata. Select Advanced from the list on the left. To edit the metadata, do any of the following, and then click OK. To add previously saved information, click Append, select an XMP or FFO file, and click Open.
XMP (Extensible Metadata Platform) is an XML standard for storing metadata in digital assets, such as PDFs, photos, and videos. XMP supports custom-designed sets of metadata as well as widely-used standards such as the Dublin Core properties.
Adding metadata to your document increases the searchability of your document. It also allows software applications to display information about the document to give the user enough information to determine if this is the document contains the information they are looking for.
In order to get XMP metadata from a PDF file, you need to create PdfXmpMetadata object and bind the PDF file using BindPdf method. You can pass specific XMP metadata properties to the PdfXmpMetadata object to get their values.
Search XMP metadata In the Editor panel, open the file or session you want to search. In the Metadata panel, click the XMP tab. In the search box, enter the text you want to find. The list of metadata collapses to reveal only properties that contain your search string.
Description: XMP, or Extensible Metadata Platform, is a file format introduced by docHub in 2003. It is used to store metadata that can be read by multiple programs. Metadata is information about a file, such as the date it was created, the authors name, and keywords that describe the content.
Choose File Properties. Click the Description tab, and type the authors name, subject, and keywords. (Optional) Click Additional Metadata to add other descriptive information, such as copyright information.
XMP metadata The Extensible Metadata Platform (XMP) is an ISO standard created and adopted by docHub Systems Inc. XMP is different from EXIF ​​as it does not contain basic details about the image or the camera. Instead, XMP metadata helps in the processing and interchange of image files.
