To rotate a page in Foxit Phantom PDF and save it, select the home tab, click on the rotate pages button to rotate the page left or right by 90 degrees with each click. For larger PDF files, use the multi-page rotate button. Make sure to use the rotate pages button and not the rotate view button to be able to save the changes. If the save button is grayed out, it means you are using the wrong button. By using the rotate page button, you can save the PDF and reopen it without losing the rotation.
