ot of people use Adobe Acrobat for filling out forms. Another cool thing you can do in Preview is actually sign a PDF document. So of course you can print it out sign it and scan it back in but you dont have to do that. You can just sign it digitally right in here. If you go to Tools and then Annotate and then Signature and then Manage Signatures, you can create a signature right here. Now when you open up a PDF you can go to Tools, Annotate, Signature, and then put your signature right on there. That way you dont have to print anything out. Thats a real pain to do. Ive used Preview for that for years now. Another thing you can do is rearrange PDF pages. Now theres a couple different ways you can do this. One is if you want to add a page you can do Insert Page. You can insert a blank page or a page from another PDF file. You can also rotate pages. So if you need to rotate a page you can go to Tools, Rotate Left, and you can see the page turns. Of course there are many tools that you can use for reading and marking up PDF files in Preview as well. Its a very powerful app when it comes to working with PDF files. So definitely explore it and see what you can do.
