hi everyone this is andy with blogger.com in this video im going to show you how to create a template in docHub lets start all right i already have my panadoc account open and im going to show you two ways to create a template the first one were going to create a template based on a document that we already have and the second way is creating a template from scratch so for the first way lets go to our documents and then lets find the document that we want to use as a template im just going to search for it and the document is this one up here the first one so im going to click on it to open it so this is the document that i already sent to a customer and i realized that i sent a similar document to other customers as well so if i make it as a template then i dont have to type everything over and over again to make this document as a template im going to click here on the right where it says more and then im going to click on convert to template and as you can see up here

To share a Template or Content Library item, start by going to your Templates list. Hover on the far right over the content youd like to share, click on the vertical ellipses, then choose Share to workspace from the dropdown menu.
Go to Templates on the left-side panel and then click New Template. Click into the box to open up your files to select a document to upload, or just drag a file into the area. You should now see the page to add in your fields.
Templates in docHub are used for generic content that you intend on using multiple times, while documents are used for specific information. In order to send a document, you must first create it from an existing template.
Create a Document Template Open or create the document that you want to use as the template, then click the File tab. Click Save As. Select a location. Name the file and click the Save As Type list arrow. Select Word Template from the list. Click Save.
Templates are the primary data-gathering document framework created by a member of your organization. Forms are unique instances of these documents created and completed by Form Users.
Save a document as a template Open the Word document that you want to save as a template. On the File menu, click Save as Template. In the Save As box, type the name that you want to use for the new template. (Optional) In the Where box, choose a location where the template will be saved.
How to set up an eSign template From the left menu, select Settings Docs. Select the eSign templates tab. Click Add new template. Drag and drop or click browse files to select your document. Click Upload, then click Done. Write a new document title (optional).
How to create a template? Log in to your account and select Templates from the menu. From the Templates page, click New and select Create Template Enter a name and description when you are creating the template. You can add files to the template by uploading them from your desktop or the cloud.
Open the Dashboard or your document list, click New Document/Create, then select: Blank template allows you to start from scratch in the docHub editor. You can also select one of your pre-made templates. Local file under Upload (see formats and limitations below) allows you to upload your own file or convert a .
Open the document, in the top right, click Actions Edit document, and confirm you wish to edit the document. Make changes to the document that you need and once ready, send it out again.
