The simplest method in Google Spreadsheets is to create a Form with a tag field containing pre-defined values. Connect the form to your spreadsheet. Users would fill out the online form from their computers or cell phones and choose tags from a drop-down.
Microsoft Excel might show ##### in cells when a column isnt wide enough to show all of the cell contents. Formulas that return dates and times as negative values can also show as #####.
On the Summary tab, you can add or edit the Title, Subject, Author, Manager, Company, Category, Keywords (also called Tags), and Comments. Click the File tab. Click Info to view the properties. To add or change properties, hover your pointer over the property you want to update and enter the information.
Copy your Html text and return to Excel. Select the range that you want to have the conditional formatting apply in. From the ribbon bar choose Home Conditional Formatting New Rule. In the New Formatting Rule dialog box select Use a formula to determine which cells to format. Under Format valu.
Right-click and select Comment or press Ctrl+Alt+M (for Windows) or ⌘ + Option + M (for Mac) to open a pop-up window. Before or after leaving comments, Input @ mark, and then pick up a name from the name list showing up, or enter an email address directly.
Labels and names are used to identify cells and ranges using a tag that is more meaningful than ordinary cell references such as B6 or C5:D11. These names and labels can be used in formulas and in links between worksheets and workbooks to make the formulas easier to understand.
Select File Info. Select a property that starts with Add, like Add a title, Add a tag, or Add an author. Enter the information.
Use the Tags button to insert a Tag into an empty cell, just like Word. If a cell already has a Tag, you can double-click on the cell, or select the cell and click on the Edit Tag button to bring up the Tag Editor on that Tag.
