Open a PDF document in Acrobat. Click the Fill Sign tool in the right pane. Fill out your form: Complete form filling by clicking a text field and typing or adding a text box.

Add text to a PDF with the free docHub Reader app. Open your PDF in Acrobat Reader. Select the Sticky Note tool from the Annotations panel. Tap where you want the note to appear. Begin typing in the box that appears.
The Samsung Notes app on your Note20 5G or Note20 Ultra 5G has a new feature that lets you import PDF documents. You can write on, draw on, and annotate your PDFs right from the app and then save them for future use.

Annotate PDFs on Android To enter preview mode, open the PDF youd like to annotate. At the bottom right corner, tap the annotate button . A toolbar opens with multiple annotating tools. You can use a stylus or your finger to select an annotating tool.
Open your file in the Acrobat PDF Editor. Select Fill Sign on the right side of the screen. Choose the Add Text tool, which looks like an upper-case A next to a lower-case b. Click anywhere in the PDF where youd like to add text and start typing.
