Add a text box Go to Insert Text Box, and then select Draw Text Box. Click or tap in the document, and drag to draw the text box the size that you want. To add text to a text box, select inside the text box, and then type or paste text. Notes:
Wrap text around a picture or drawing object Select the picture or object. Select Format and then under Arrange, select Wrap Text. Choose the wrapping option that you want to apply.
Adding text effects on Canva mobile or mobile browser Tap on the text youd like to edit. Swipe through the options, and tap on Effects. Swipe through them, and tap on the effect you want. To adjust the effect intensity and settings, tap again on the applied effect again.
In addition to formatting changes we previously discussed in Fonts, you can also apply effects to text with the Text Effects option. This was known as WordArt in previous versions of Word. You can add shadows, bevels, reflections, and much more. The Text Effects button is in the Font group of the ribbon.
Please click the shape, then go to Drawing Tools Format - WordArt Styles - Text Effects, the last option on the bottom is Transform.
Click where you want to insert decorative text in a document. On the Insert tab, in the Text group, click WordArt. Click any WordArt style, and start to type.
Add an effect to text Select the text that you want to add an effect to. On the Home tab, in the Font group, click Text Effect. Click the effect that you want. For more choices, point to Outline, Shadow, Reflection, or Glow, and then click the effect that you want to add.
How to use your Text Effects: Start by using the Text tool to create a new text layer. Select Styles from the menu on the left, and pick the effect you want to apply to your text. When youre happy with the look, click OK, and your text should now look something like this:
