Open the PDF to which you want to add a watermark. Select the Edit mega verb from the global bar and select Watermark Add. (Optional) To apply the watermark selectively to individual pages, select Page Range Options in the Add Watermark dialog box.
Launch Acrobat and open the file that you want to add an exhibit sticker to. Select CommentAnnotationsStamp Tool. Select the Stamp Tool. Locate and select the Exhibit Stamp category.
Select your stamp of interest with the stamp tool so it will be at the top of the list. Bring up the Properties Bar (right-click in an empty area of the toolbar and select Properties Bar). Select the Stamp Tool. You will see that there is now a check box in the Properties Toolbar for Keep Tool Selected. Check it.
To stamp all pages in a document at once, place your stamp on one page, then choose Edit Selection Duplicate to All Pages. Similarly, you can copy the stamp to only the next page by choosing Edit Selection Duplicate to Next Page.
If your PDF has multiple pages and the next signature is on a different page, click the corresponding page under the Fields section to move to that page. Again under the Tasks section, click Add New Field Digital Signature.
Uploading a Stamp to docHub Select: Tools Comments Stamp Tool Create Custom Stamp. Select Browse to locate and select your PDF stamp file. Select OK. In the Category field, select Dynamic for the stamp and name your stamp. Select OK.
Apply a stamp Open a document, and then from the All tools menu, select View more Add a stamp. From the left panel, select Stamp and then select a desired stamp from a required category. At a desired position on the document, select to place the selected stamp.
How to Create a PDF Stamp from Scratch with docHub Open the PDF in docHub. Press Tools. Click Stamp. Press Custom stamps. Press Create. Click Browse. Select image to turn into stamp. Name your new stamp, then click OK.
